Jeffree Star’s Skin Frost “King Tut” Review

King Tut Skin Frost

A few days ago I was casually perusing Beautylish when I noticed that Jeffree Star’s Skin Frost in King Tut was available. I have seen a few makeup artists I know use it and, since they all loved it, in my cart it went.

Now, I’m not a Jeffree Star Cosmetics fanatic. I don’t pine for his products nor do I run out and purchase the newest thing he comes out with. I have a few liquid lipsticks of his and even those were gifts. The only reason I decided to purchase this Skin Frost was because, well, it’s a highlighter and it was available.

Boy was I pleasantly surprised when I received it. It is a beautiful beautiful product. Super soft, glides smoothly over the skin, doesn’t accentuate any texture, and produces that KAPOW effect that I’m obsessed with. I’m in love!

Jefree Star Cosmetics Skin Frosts retail for $29 dollars and you can purchase it on both his sight and on Beautylish. There is 0.53 Oz of product in the pan, which is quite a lot. You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck. The only con that I have for this highlighting powder is that it is extremely soft. This quality is great for application, but makes the product very fragile. You can’t just throw it in your makeup bag and expect it not to break. Otherwise, King Tut is a gorgeous highlight and is a great addition to anyone’s highlighter collection. ☺

Sasha
